Together
we can go further.
Why choose Dún Laoghaire Educate Together?
Everyone
belongs here
We are an equality-based, co-educational school.
We welcome students and families from all social and cultural backgrounds.
Learning
through play
Our holistic curriculum offers a more rounded approach for more rounded children.
We emphasise creativity, arts, nature, and self-expression.
A voice in the community
Both children and parents make friends for life here. We help everyone feel settled, happy, and included, providing a strong foundation for their lives ahead.
What we’re all about
“At Dún Laoghaire ETNS, everyone is welcome. We are made up of a diverse community of people from all over the world — different backgrounds, genders, races, and religions.
We take pride in our strong sense of community and we foster a sense of belonging where everyone feels valued and supported.”
Anne Marie Lillis, Principal
Curriculum and Initiatives
Wellbeing is a priority in our school. We offer a range of programs and initiatives that focus on social and emotional literacy and support learning beyond traditional academia. Some of these include Neurodiversity fortnight, Restorative Practice, Forest School, Intercultural Week, Ukulele lessons, Student Council, and more.
Parents
Part of the way we build a strong community spirit is by encouraging parents to get involved in daily life at school. We work in partnership with you, the parents and guardians, to ensure your voice is heard and each child is nurtured in a warm, creative, and happy environment.
We’re getting
a new home!
Right now we’re temporarily based on the campus of The Red Door School, Monkstown, Co. Dublin. The development of our new school building is underway on the site of the Old Fire Station on Bentley Villas in Dún Laoghaire. This will be a 16-classroom school with two more classrooms for children with additional needs.
